About Leen Tangney

I’m Leen Tangney — an award-winning Senior Producer with 10+ years of experience delivering high-impact broadcast, documentary, and branded content. Based in Toronto since 2017, I’m available for senior producer roles in the city and beyond.

I specialise in end-to-end production — from creative concept through pre-production, on-set management, and post — with expertise in budgeting, bidding, vendor negotiation, and talent management. I’ve led productions from intimate 2-person crews up to 100+ on set, managing budgets from zero to $500K+.

My clients have included McCann Canada, Omnicom Production, Nespresso, Nestlé, Wendy’s, World Vision, and Petro-Canada. Recent highlights include a Clio Health Bronze and Cannes Shortlist for Love & Nudes (McCann Canada), Silver Telly and Communicator Award wins for World Vision Canada, a Gold NYX Video Award for Truebill, and Best International Documentary at the Garden State Film Festival for Breaking Boundaries.
